Premises

Currently we are using a House at number 10112 New Stands Tafara, Harare, Zimbabwe (owned by
the Founder and her husband a board member) to conduct our business but the place is limiting our
vision in several ways and it is our dream to move to more spacious places like in Water Falls,
Hatfield, Mandara or Borrowdale suburbs of Harare where there are bigger houses and bigger
stands to allow us to do our business freely and also to allow us to accomodate more kids. We also
have future plans to move to a bigger space which is outside Harare where we will be able to do
farming, various projects like poultry, and building our own school for the children if we find
financial assistance.

How are we conducting our business

Currently, most of the day-to-day work is being done by 2 general hands who wash, clean, and cook
for the kids, one driver who drives us around when we do outreach and family tracing for the
orphans using the chairman’s personal car since the Home currently does not own any vehicle, and
Amai Gwaze and Baba Gwaze have been the key personal in our day to day running of the Home. So
currently, we have 5 full-time staff members and a board of trustees which is made up of an additional 6
people to bring a total number of people to 11 who are actively involved in the running of the home
in various ways, from administration, operations and at strategic level.

We have been sourcing funds as the board of trustees and have been helping in our personal
capacities as the Lord blesses us and we have been of late struggling to meet all the required
finances to run the Home efficiently hence a need for your helping hand.

How we want you to help us.

We want you to help us financially, so we can meet our day to day running needs for the Home,
which include but not limited to food, clothes, medication, education fees and books for the kids,
fuel, motor vehicles for outreach, and family tracing may be to start with 3 double cab trucks so we
can access all terrain without complications, 2 Big houses in suburbs with big yards, beds, blankets
and sheets for the kids, Electricity bills, Data bills, Cell phone bills and salary bills for our staff
members.

What we would like

In the long run we would like to have our own Home which is spacious and could accommodate 500
children for a start and we can be build a school, a farm so we produce most of the food which will
be consumed at the Home. We would also need at least 2 bigger houses in to accommodate our
business from We would also require 3 Double cab vehicles for outreach and family tracing and 3
minibus to carry kids. We will need beds, blankets for the kids,3 heavy duty Stoves, 2 washing
machines, 3 steam irons, food items, City of Harare and Zesa bills, Cellphone bills, Fuel for day to day
